We send a packet home the first week of school with students. Once they are enrolled they are enrolled until they graduate/withdraw unless their parent/guardian withdraws them in writing. The enrollment packets are also online

Also, to add to my point...the group should consider access to reliable sustainable care. Often times families do not have transportation to suggested medical homes or are limited by acceptable insurance or no insurance or high co-pays
