15:47
Good morning, Susan Haberstroh from DOE

16:07
Hi Everyone! Kristin Dwyer from DSEA

16:27
From Gloria James; Good Morning to everyone.

16:45
Good morning.

16:55
Good morning, everyone! Jon Cooper from Colonial.

17:52
Good Morning!

22:49
Liz Brown has joined, sorry I'm late

23:07
Hi Team. Just joined YS

23:26
welcome all!

24:51
Yes I looked at it. it’s great and quite robust!

25:15
I have reviewed material but I am unable to acces mic or video today. Thank you

25:16
Question about the Key Stakeholder Interview Guide. #10 What does "trauma-informed care" mean?

25:21
My question is which personnel will be involved in the interviews?

25:40
I would make a change on the language related to "all public high schools have an affiliated SBWC" as not all charter HSs have a SBWC

26:08
Sorry I was a few late. Good morning everyone. Patches Hill - DOE

27:28
Helpful to identify any language that we should define to improve the quality of the information we receive during the interviews

34:28
Would suggest where we use the term parent that we expand that- either use "caregivers" or "parents and other adult raising school age children"

34:55
Good catch Aileen

37:16
I would reverse the language on #24 to read "what is the role of SBWCs in collaborating with community partners"

38:05
Did you see Susan's suggested update about not all high schools have a school based health centers. All traditional public high schools have school based health centers. Charter schools are considered public schools but charter high schools do not have wellness centers. Charter School of Wilmington uses Cab Calloway School of the Arts because they share the same building in Red Clay School District.

38:25
Great job, Drew!

38:27
Thank you.

38:35
Great overview Drew!!!

42:21
Hi all, just to note - Julius Mullen works for Children and Families First, a DSCYF contracted provider of Middle School BHC services

42:56
Can you clarify who the Medicaid and MCO focus group would include?

43:39
I can get a name for school nurse for Kent County.

44:02
I can get a school psychologist from NCCo

44:03
Hi Liz, I planned on talking this through with you re: who should participate in Medicaid and MCO focus groups

45:01
Because of the number of questions, I would do it by stakeholder group. It will be interesting to see what emerges as differences within those stakeholder groups by County and may help identify areas that need attention

46:06
My stakeholder group for information discussion and collection

46:41
I would agree and ensure a diverse representation, including people from different school districts

46:44

48:11
multidisciplinary by county

48:14
Just want to make sure I'm clear- if we do multi-disciplinary by county- that means all the questions will be asked of the entire group?

48:28
Multi-disciplinary by county

48:30
Stakeholder group by county

48:39
You could consider a hybrid as some disciplines or stakeholders should not be in the same groups

49:00
stakeholder by county

49:10
can you do a pilot of both and see what works best? I think you'll get different info based on the format

49:49
With an understanding that there are differences between eastern and western Sussex county

49:52
HI Aileen, the intention will be to provide all questions to the group in advance of the interview/focus group and asked during the group, but folks may not be able to answer all questions.

50:20
I agree with Aileen.

50:35
Thanks, Drew. I worry if we do multi-stakeholder and all the questions are reviewed, it will be a long interview even though not everyone can answer each question

52:56
rural and resort...

53:13
Stakeholders by County is my recommendation with a focus on geographical differences

54:42
Can we be emailed zoom links for the subcommittee meetings? I'd like to place them on my calendar

56:48
With regards to Infrastructure; where does documentation fit in? EHR and single vendors vs individual choices by vendor.

56:57
The review content looks great!

58:40
EOBs should also be discussed in the finance group because it is the payers that generate them

58:43
EHRs also drive what data can be collected and reported as well

58:48
Are SBWCs paying into DHIN for information exchange?

59:17
Is there any information on best practice related to EHR?

59:52
We have a couple of materials from other states detailing best practices for EHRs, but welcome more.

01:00:03
Yes- that would be good to include

01:00:09
From Gloria James: Discussion needs to be included on what if stakeholders need data that falls out of the scope of what is in the medical sponsor's EHR?

01:01:15
On the radar for ongoing discussions is a fund from private/public partnerships as we look at financing & sustainability..can this be captured in this?

01:01:17
YS

01:01:44
Gloria James: SBHC Medical Sponsors have also voiced their concerns to the cost of reporting information to DHIN.

01:08:13
With regards to funding for SBHC in this moment, is there another opportunity to apply for CARES Act funding to keep SBHCs afloat during the time that so many schools are serving students remotely?

01:10:24
DSCYF has been sharing information with our case managers to ensure they can connect families to needed basic resources and behavioral health services. I do agree with Forrest that we have seen increased requests for behavioral health services and this will continue for the foreseeable future

01:10:56
We made an initial request in June which was warmly received, but ultimately unsuccesful

01:12:56
DOE, district partners, DSCYF, Project Delaware staff, Center for Disabilities Studies PBS project published a Reentry guide and toolkit for supporting student and staff socio emotional and behavioral health.
