What is you feel it's too late...?
Totally want to cry reading this!
Taking time to ponder; just be. Slow down and just enjoy.
Its about just experiencing life
as it is
All of my life I have given myself to others but I think what have I done for me?
I don't know how to unmute myself to answer :)
writer is taking moment of self reflection, wondering if we should have more moments with the world and with others and with OURSELVES. do not lose tme. be intentional with time we have
my favorite thing about a long hike is that it is a good waste of time
Will Garand....I love your comment.
Be Kind to people,
Don't judge me on the chapter you walked in on...
Satisfied with you own life to remember when you wake up every morning.
this speaks to me about being in the moment, about paying attention to even the smallest details, we find the divine in the unlikeliest situations
Giving yourself full permission to be in the moment with a grasshopper :)
Don't forget to slow down and smell the roses. We are part this amazing world and we can see this if we just stop and look.
also there is much that we do know how to do.... and there is much we do NOT
Stop an appreciate your surroundings be present to enjoy our time here on earth
Connecting to mother nature is an early technique I used in my early recovery. When I would go fishing late at night, I felt so refreshed and ready for the world once I returned to my daily life...….
Mary Ann Laramee
Being aware of or surrounding the beauty in life and able to be thankful for the here and now! I can control my peace and su
Live without regrets for yesterday. Live with hope for tomorrow. Live with gratitude to daily.
I can't remember the last time I had an entire day to ponder life and play in the fields.
Finding a moment of peace in a world of go go go go and craziness.
One of my biggest fears is that my tombstone will read "She was a great employee" and nothing else.
Take time to Breath and be thankful for life.
A person who is tired and is looking for purpose
Looking within one's self. Don't be afraid to focus on yourself.
A day I did not have to be a leader
we often focus on the next goal of life that we forget to enjoy life
Yes, Rosemary. Very few people on their death bed say "gee I wish I'd spent more time at the office"

Warm Greetings Helen!
Thank you so much!
a strategy that keeps our counselors and social workers workers 'going' is the success stories they post about our foster kids -- those that graduate high school, those that meet case plan milestones, those that take up new hobbies, those that recognize their own harm reduction behaviors, those 'aged out' kids who consistently touch back with staff --
